What is the challenge about?
In short, #21DaysOfMeaning stands for: less stress, more meaning.
#21DaysOfMeaning is an online training to enhance mental health that allows you to discover more meaning in your life. As a participant you receive daily impulses and practical exercises over the course of three weeks via e-mail. This enables you not only to better unleash your own potential in everyday life, but also to reduce stress.
While the content is based on the foundations of logotherapy and existential analysis (Viktor Frankl), it is complemented by research findings from neurosciences and psychology.
In 2020, our founder Dr. Nina Bürklin received the ‚Impact Factory‘ scholarship for social entrepreneurship in order to develop this training for mental wellbeing from Anthropia. Moreover, the content development of #21DaysOfMeaning was supported by the Süddeutsches Institut für Logotherapie & Existenzanalyse Fürstenfeldbruck.
