Values-oriented leadership – an introduction. Learn basic principles of values-oriented leadership (VOL), get a short introduction to logotherapy and receive practical exercises to implement VOL in your field. The content is based on scientific insights. Throughout the course you will have time for personal reflection and space for discussion with other participants.
